In emergencies only, late arrivals for guests with prebooked accommodation at camps within 10km from an entrance gate is allowed subject to the following conditions:
* Not allowed under any circumstances at Giriyondo, Pafuri, Phabeni or Phalaborwa Gates
* No arrivals later than 21:00 under any circumstances
* An additional cost per vehicle applies: R650 for vehicles with 8 or less passengers, R1,350 for vehicles with 9 or more passengers
* Must be arranged in advance with the gate and rest camp
* Evidence of emergency that delayed arrival will be requested
