The kitandara hippo hill camp is anew tourist camp in the area of Queen Elizabeth national park katwe town located at a hill facing the kitako and kabazimu islands around the confines of Lake Edward, Lake Munyanyange Crater Lake and katwe lake.
The tents consists of 10 beautifully set up tents with individual and private toilets. The tents are well decorated and furnished to suit the visitors need. The tents also consists of spacious dining area with standard cuisines, a well-stocked bar and restaurant overlooking Lake Albert. While at the camp you will be able to see animals that show up unexpectedly such animals include lions, buffaloes, warthogs, leopards, baboons, and antelopes also be on alert of elephant road blocks in late evening.
